1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: bayar44 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and FPX-linked Malaysian bank accounts. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bayar44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or any payment method not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will generally be made to the same payment method used for deposit. bayar44 reserves the right to direct withdrawals to an alternative verified account in its sole discretion.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bayar44 Sportsbook and Casino are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the bayar44 system. It is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirming.
• bayar44 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — in its sole discretion.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your bayar44 account, forfeiture of all balances (including withdrawable funds), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bayar44 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive property of bayar44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bayar44 Platform without express prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Suspension & Termination

bayar44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, including where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• bayar44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform;
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate such action;
• You request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon closure of your account for any reason, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you subject to applicable verification and processing requirements, unless forfeiture is permitted under these Terms.

You may close your bayar44 account at any time by contacting live support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance (if positive) returned to you.
